Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

It must be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

Only partial refunds may be granted for:

– Items not in original condition.

– Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

– Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at returns@firefix.com.au.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Faulty or damaged items will be refunded or replaced.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To initiate an exchange for the same item, please email returns@firefix.com.au to request the appropriate return address (based on your original shipping location).

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail a gift certificate to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, we will send the refund to the gift giver directly.

Shipping Returns:
Please contact us first at returns@firefix.com.au to confirm the correct warehouse return address based on your original delivery.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
