The 2.5kg Dry Chemical Powder fire extinguisher is ideal for larger offices, retail shops, as well as buses, trucks, and boats. It comes equipped with a flexible rubber hose that allows delivery of the powder to hard-to-access places in your shop, office, or vehicle.

Our 2.5kg ABE rated extinguisher now comes with a Class C rating for Gas Fires, giving an extra layer of protection compare to the rest of the market.

Dry chemical powder (DCP) fire extinguishers are a highly versatile fire extinguisher. Great for combating most types of fire risks A, B, C, and E. They are often referred to as ABE/DCP Dry Chemical Powder Fire Extinguisher. Dry chemical powder fire extinguishers are safe, versatile, and suited to high-risk environments or where the fire hazards are mixed. They are well-suited for use on fires involving flammable liquids and flammable gases. They are also ideal for fighting fires in homes, offices, and vehicles. ABE dry chemical powder fire extinguishers do not conduct electricity, which makes them effective for use on electrical fires.

WHERE NOT TO USE

This dry powder fire extinguisher is not recommended for use on or nearby sensitive equipment such as computers etc. The residue can be vacuumed up once it has dried but it can be hard to remove if it has contacted a very hot surface.
This fire extinguisher is not suitable for fires involving cooking oil/fats.
