1M x 1M Fire blanket

Constructed of fibreglass, our 1×1 m fire blanket can withstand temperatures up to 500 ° Celsius. It is packaged in a high-quality, quick-release PVC container. This fire blanket is certified and approved AS/NZS 3504.

The CSIRO ActivFire Scheme is an Australian Government Agency that verifies & certifies fire products which may be installed in Federal and State Government Departments. All our fire blankets are ActivFire certified.

When to use:

• Class A fires – Ordinary combustibles
• Class B fires – Flammable and combustible liquids
• Class F fires – Cooking oils & Fats (limited)

Where to use:

Ideal for use in the home, kitchen, car, caravan, or boat.

Where not to use:

Due to the 1m x 1m fire blanket being the smallest in our range, it is only suitable for small fires, such as small pan fires in kitchens. It is generally too small to use for clothing fires.
